Meeting recordings → searchable minutes

Record the meeting in Zoom, Teams, Meet, or on your phone — then upload the file and get a transcript where every line is labeled by speaker and time. Skim an hour-long call in five minutes, and never argue about who committed to what.

The AI tools go further: generate a summary with action items, or ask the transcript questions like “what did we decide about pricing?”

Common questions.

Does it know who's speaking?+

Enable “Identify speakers” and each segment is labeled (Speaker 1, Speaker 2, …). Rename them in the editor if you want real names in the export.

Can it summarize the meeting?+

Yes — one click produces a summary with key points, and the chat can extract action items or decisions.

Is my file private?+

Yes. Files are private to your account, stored encrypted, never shared, and never used to train AI models. You can delete them at any time.
