The short version: we collect only what is needed to run the service, we do not sell your data, and your files are never used to train AI models.

What we collect

Files you upload. Audio and video files are stored so we can transcribe them and show you the results. Transcripts are stored alongside your files.

Account and usage data. If you create an account, we store your email address. We record basic usage events (such as number and duration of transcriptions) to enforce plan limits and understand how the service is used.

How your files are processed

Transcription is performed by automated speech-recognition systems, which may include trusted third-party processing services. Files are sent to these systems solely to produce your transcript and are not used for any other purpose.

Data retention and deletion

Your files and transcripts remain available in your account until you delete them. When you delete a file, the stored media and its transcript are removed from our systems.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your files or transcripts to train machine-learning models. We do not share your content except as required to provide the service or comply with law.

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and handles your payment details directly. We do not store your full card or payment information; Paddle processes it under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies to keep you signed in and associate your uploads with your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
