Transcript.so is operated by Samywise LTD. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a paid subscription.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase for any reason. If you contact us within 14 days of the date you were charged, we will refund that payment in full. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans and to your first payment as well as renewals.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window has passed, payments are non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us using the contact options on this site with the email address on your account. Because Paddle is the merchant of record for our purchases, refunds are issued through Paddle and are returned to your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within a few business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
